Jstar Clothing Returns Policy

We want you to love your Jstar pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email jstarclothinguk@gmail.com to request a return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label.
  3. Important: Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after inspecting the returned item.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 2–3 business days of approval, please contact us for assistance.

Damages or Issues

  • Received something damaged, defective, or incorrect? Let us know immediately after receiving your order.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please:
    1. Contact the refund team via email or Instagram.
    2. Return the original item.
    3. Place a new order for the replacement.
      Contact the team before proceeding with an exchange.
