Jstar Clothing Returns Policy
We want you to love your Jstar pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email jstarclothinguk@gmail.com to request a return.
- Approval & Instructions: If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label.
- Important: Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after inspecting the returned item.
- If you haven’t received your refund within 2–3 business days of approval, please contact us for assistance.
Damages or Issues
- Received something damaged, defective, or incorrect? Let us know immediately after receiving your order.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item, please:

- Return the original item.
- Place a new order for the replacement.
